Task Manager

Intrepid Solutions is seeking a client-facing Task Manager to support operational delivery for an upcoming engagement, expected to launch in late summer 2025. This work will ensure our customer is able to provide optimal combat support and healthcare delivery capabilities for beneficiaries and stakeholders, support services that will help accelerate modernization of medical readiness and care through integrated acquisition and contracting and drive decision making at all levels of the organization with data.

We are identifying top candidates now to ensure a seamless start when work begins. In this role, you’ll lead teams, manage vendor and stakeholder communications, and oversee back-office functions. You’ll apply a consultative approach to problem-solving and contribute to efficient, high-quality service delivery.

The Task Maanger will be a senior level leader responsible for:

• Hiring, including interviewing candidates, providing feedback, and upkee of skillset for supporting legacy products, modernization efforts, and other tasks to meet Organization Mission, Vision and Strategic goals.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• This position anticipates standard work hours, Monday-Friday. Telework may be authorized based on customer approval.

TRAVEL:

• Some travel is expected, ~25%.

CLEARANCE:

• Active Secret clearance, preferred.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree, desired.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years of experience leading/managing a team of 10+ people in a complex environment supporting multiple Agency divisions simultaneously.
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
• Experience in business operations and executive support.

Job Type: Full-time (onsite)

Pay Range: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
